1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. coarse Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 lb. (1.8 kg) pork baby back ribs
1 cup BULL’S-EYE GUINNESS Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce
HEAT oven to 350°F.
LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil. Mix sugar, cocoa powder, garlic and seasonings. Rub onto both sides of ribs. Place in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour.
HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat; cover grates with additional foil. Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue.
GRILL 20 min. or until ribs are tender, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
