1/2 cup BULL’S-EYE BOLD ORIGINAL Barbecue Sauce
3 spoons KRAFT Pure Orange Marmalade
1 2-inch Sirloin Steak (1-1/2 lbs.)
COMBINE 1/2 cup BULL’S-EYE BOLD ORIGINAL, a few spoonfuls KRAFT Marmalade and a dash cinnamon.
GRILL a 2 inch sirloin (1-1/2 pounds should do it for four) on medium-high heat about 8 minutes per side for medium rare. Turn when juices gather on top. Brush with sauce after turning meat.
